Designed a workout experience focused on motivation, rhythm, and progress through smart motion and content.
Process & Approach
Wireframe testing: I worked with print writers and fitness editors to turn long-form plans into a guided flow. Testing showed friction around copy and step complexity, so we simplified instructions, shortened timers, and moved fitness-level setup into onboarding to keep workouts clean. We added subtle Swedish-inspired branding to keep the experience fun without clutter. The wireframes below helped us validate pacing and clarity early.

Early feedback showed transitions between workouts felt static. I worked with trainers to align motion with real rest pacing and breathing cadence. Each transition became a cue — the screen gently shifted between exercises, rest timers appeared with form previews, and the workout ended with a motivational quote that reinforced progress. It transformed the experience from functional to emotional.
